The Service

Blame the Ball is a roster and match management tool for the Capital District Over 30 Recreational Soccer League and its member teams: rosters, schedules, match results and statistics, RSVPs, and email/text reminders.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Team captains and league admins are responsible for the accuracy of roster information they enter on behalf of their players.

Acceptable Use

Use the site only for legitimate league/team management. Don't use it to harass other users, submit false roster or match information, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Communications & SMS Consent

By providing and verifying a phone number and opting into a text-message notification category, you consent to receive text messages from us related to that category (e.g. match RSVP reminders). This consent is not a condition of using the rest of the site. See our Privacy Policy for details on how to stop text messages at any time.

No Warranty

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep match/roster data accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blame the Ball isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
